John qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1984 and Worked for several Inner London Boroughs before moving into the private sector, where he was Head of Department at a large firm of Chartered Surveyors and Managing Agents.

He has extensive experience of seafront property, Listed buildings, and Landlord & Tenant matters.

John is a member of Pyramus & Thisbe Club for Party Wall surveyors and holds a Diploma in Housing Management.

Lee qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000. Lee is an experienced Valuer for residential property in East and West Sussex and neighbouring counties. Lee has also worked in a commercial/residential agency and has a BETEC in Construction.

Lee graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in Estates Management before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.

David’s main competencies include measured surveying, design, site supervision, preparation of final accounts, project management, CDM. He has worked on negotiated, traditional, design and build and measured term forms of procurement.
